Getting Familiar with the Client Portal Access Status

Providing timely support throughout the Fact Find process is crucial. This guide explains the meaning of each Fact Find status displayed in a client's Client Portal within the Adviser Homepage. By understanding these statuses, you can anticipate your clients' needs and offer targeted assistance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.


1. Not Accessed.
This means the client portal invitation has not yet been sent to the client.






2. Invite Sent to Client.
This means the client portal invitation was sent to the client, but has not been accessed.





3. Awaiting Fact Find Update.
This means the client portal has been accessed by the client and awaits their completion of the fact find.






4. The Fact Find has been updated and completed by the client.
