Client Portal Registration Email

Easily collect Fact Finds, tasks, and documents from clients by sending them a Client Portal invitation. Once sent, your clients will receive an email to set-up their own secured client portal.

The client portal invitation email is equipped with quick links for easy password creation and log-in.

The Password and Login link will redirect them to the page where they can set a new password, as shown in the screenshot below.



If your client hasn't received the email, please advise them to check their Spam/Junk folder and confirm that the email address provided is correct.

If the email is still not visible, advisers can resend the Client Portal Invitation, containing only the login link. Instruct your clients to click on the login link, which will redirect them to the reset password page. Once there, they can click on the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions to reset their login details.
