Setting Up the Client Portal Account (A Client Guide)


Easily collect Fact Finds, tasks, and documents from clients by sending them a Client Portal invitation. Once sent, your clients will receive an email to set-up their own secured client portal.


Access Your Client Portal:

Step1 : Locate the Client Portal Invitation Email
1. Check your inbox, including spam or junk folders.




Step 2: Set Password
1. Click the Password Creation Link, this link will take you directly to a page where you can create a secure password for your account.


Step 3: Log In to Your Portal
1. Use the login link provided in the email to access your client portal.

Important Note:
If your client hasn't received the email, please advise them to check their Spam/Junk folder and confirm that the email address provided is correct.

If the email is still not visible, advisers can resend the Client Portal Invitation, containing only the login link. Instruct your clients to click on the login link, which will redirect them to the reset password page. Once there, they can click on the Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset their login details.
