Deleting Uploaded Documents as an Adviser

Clients does not have the ability to delete documents they've previously uploaded. Only advisers have the ability to delete the uploaded documents from the client page in the adviser portal. Here's how you can delete a client's document in the adviser portal. 

1. 
Log in to the adviser portal with your credentials https://app.advicerevolution.com.au/
2. In the Adviser Home Page, find the client in the list and click Status and Tasks
3. 
You'll then be redirected to the Client Portal Summary, where you'll find the documents associated with the client
4. In the client portal summary, scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the Client's Document section. 
5. Identify the document you wish to delete. Next to the document, you will find a trash or bin icon  . Click on it to delete the document.

Any document deleted here will also be removed from the client's Document Vault in the Client Portal. To avoid accidental deletions, we recommend only removing documents that the client has confirmed can be deleted.
