Maximizing the Client Portal Document vault for Long-term Storage

The Client Portal Document Vault offers a secure and long-term storage solution for all the documents you and your clients upload. These documents will remain accessible indefinitely unless you, the adviser, choose to delete them.

   

It is important to remember that if  a document is linked to a specific task in the client portal, and you delete that task, the associated document or file will also be removed in the client portal document vault.

  

We recommend maintaining an open communication with your clients regarding document storage and deletion.
