Maximizing the Fact Find Change Report

Exclusively available in the Pro Product, the Fact Find Change Report empowers advisers to track client updates within the Advice Revolution portal.  This tool allows advisers to view and manage any modifications a client makes to their previously completed fact find information from their secured client portal.  It ensures transparency and data accuracy by highlighting changes made after the initial completion.  

1. Navigate to the 
Client's Home Page by clicking on the client's name on the Adviser Home Page




2. Hover your cursor to
Reports and hit Client Change Report





3. Search for the Fact Find Section and
Download CSV report



Note/s:
1. The Fact Find Change Report can't track client changes from the initial data imported from Xplan.
2. It automatically captures and reflects any modifications clients make to their previously completed Fact Find information within the client portal, overriding the previous data in both AR and Xplan.
