Maximizing the Fact Find Change Report
The Fact Find Change Report, exclusively available in the Pro Product, empowers advisers to monitor and manage client-initiated updates to their fact find information within the Advice Revolution portal. This article explains how to access and utilize the report.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client's Home Page:
1. Locate the desired client on the Adviser Home Page.
2. Click the client's name to access their home page.
Step 2: Access the Client Change Report.
1. Hover your cursor over Reports.
2. Click Client Change Report.
Step 3: Download the Fact Find Change Report.1. Locate the Fact Find section within the Client Change Report.
2. Click Download CSV report to obtain a detailed record of changes.
Important Notes
1. The Fact Find Change Report does not track changes made to data initially imported from Xplan.
2. Any client-initiated modifications to the completed fact find information within the client portal are automatically captured and reflected in both Advice Revolution and Xplan.
