Updating the Client Portal Settings and Sending it to the Client

At Advice Revolution, we understand the importance of clear communication with your clients. That's why we offer you the flexibility to adjust their client portal settings to optimize data gathering and information exchange. Here's what you can do:
  1. Assign Mini Fact Find: Allows clients to answer the Mini Fact Find questionnaire in the client portal.
  2. Streamline Document Collection: Assign tasks to gather the most relevant information.
  3. Spousal Access: Grant access to Client 2/Spouse, fostering a more collaborative financial planning experience.

Update Client Portal Settings

Step 1: Log in to Your Advice Revolution Portal
1. Open a web browser and navigate to the Advice Revolution portal at https://app.advicerevolution.com.au/
2. Enter your login credentials and sign in.

Step 2: Access the Client's Page.
1. Access the Client's Home Page.
2. Locate the client whose portal settings you want to update in the client list on the Adviser Home Page.
3. Click on the client's name to open their Client Home Page.

Step 3: Navigate to Client Portal Settings.
1. Within the Client Home Page, find the Client Portal section.
2. Click on Client Portal Settings to access the customization options.

Step 4: Customize Client Portal Settings.
1. Select the Mini Fact Find.
2. Customize the client portal invitation email.
4. Grant portal access to Primary client or Client 2/Spouse.

Step 5: Update Client or Send Email.
1. The option to Update applies the settings changes without notifying the client.
2. Choose Send Email to Client to generate an email notification informing the client about their updated portal settings.
