Sharing the Mini Fact Find with Your Clients

The Mini Fact Find Questionnaire (MFF) is a powerful tool to streamline your pre-meeting process. By collecting essential client information beforehand, you can ensure a productive and focused discussion. This knowledge base article provides step-by-step instructions on effectively sending the MFF to your clients, setting the stage for a successful client introduction and experience.

1. Via Email Button: If your client is in the client list, clicking the Email button across their name, will automatically send an email to your client containing a link to access the Mini Fact Find questionnaire.

Tip:
Preview the Email Message (Optional). To preview, simply hover your mouse over the tooltip button "i" next to the Email button to see a preview of the message content for the Mini Fact Find questionnaire. If you'd like to personalize the message further, choose option 2.


2. via Copy button. Using this button will allow you to copy the Mini Fact Find link . This option will allow you to customize the message, and then attach the Mini Fact Find link to your client via your desired app.



3.  Via the Mini Fact Find Link: Clicking the Mini Fact Find Link generates a generic link that you can copy and include in your marketing emails. This option is useful when you do not have the client/lead's basic information such as name, email, and contact details. Once clients/leads complete the questionnaire through this channel, their name will be added to the client list, and a client profile will be created in Xplan.
