Verifying Your Adviser Account Integration Status

Having a properly integrated adviser account is crucial for real-time syncing of client information between Advice Revolution, and Xplan/or WorkSorted. If you or your client make Fact Find updates that don't seem to be reflected in your CRM, verifying your integration status is a recommended first step. The video below guides advisers through the process of checking the integration connection.

1. First Log-in to your Advice Revolution Portal
https://app.advicerevolution.com.au/
2. Go to the Integrations by hovering your cursor to the Adviser button.
3. On the Integrations Page, you either have Xplan or Worksorted. It should display as CONNECTED.



Verified your Xplan connection but changes still aren't syncing? Refreshing your adviser account integration might be the answer! Simply head to the Integrations page, find your CRM integration, and click Disconnect to refresh the connection. Reconnect using the same process. This should re-establish a clean link and hopefully resolve the syncing issue.
