How Long Do Uploaded Documents Stay in the Document Vault?
Documents uploaded to the Client Portal vault by clients will remain there indefinitely unless:
1. You, as the advisor, delete them: To delete a document, simply click the trash can icon located in the download column.
2. The associated task is deleted: If a task related to a document is deleted, the corresponding document will also be removed from the vault.

1. To delete a document, simply click the trash icon located in the download column.|
Deleting a Task
1. Locate the task you want to delete.
2. Click the trash can icon located next to the pen icon.
Important Note
1. Deleting a task will also remove any associated documents from the vault.
