How to Access/Update the Custom Questionnaire/Module Information in the Client Page?

Advice Revolution understands the importance of gaining deeper understanding of your clients' needs beyond the Full Fact Find. The Custom Questionnaire feature empowers advisers to do just that. This digital tool allows you to integrate your practice's custom questionnaire to address your clients' unique health, insurance, lifestyle, and other relevant areas not covered by the Pro Fact Find.



Step 1: From your client list, click on the name of the client.
Step 2. Locate the Custom Questionnaire and click on it (e.g., Investment ).
Step 3. Answer the questions with the client. 
Step 4. 
Review the answers for accuracy.
Step 5. Once all updates are made, click Submit to save the answers.
Note: You can edit or delete these responses as necessary. Just click these icons.
