Updating the Client Portal Settings of a Client

  1. Tailor Fact Finds: Choose the right Fact Find (Mini, Full, or Consent) for each client's needs.
  2. Streamline Data Collection: Activate or deactivate specific Fact Find fields to gather the most relevant information.
  3. Risk Assessment Made Easy: If Risk Profile has been activated for your practice, send the Risk Profile directly through the client portal.
  4. Spousal Access: Grant access to Client 2/Spouse, fostering a more collaborative financial planning experience.

In this guide, we'll walk you through the simple steps to update the client portal settings of your clients, allowing them to access their personalized Client Portal in Advice Revolution.

1. First Log-in to your Advice Revolution Portal 
https://app.advicerevolution.com.au/
2. In the Adviser Home Page, click on the name of the client in the client list to access the Client Page. 
3. On the Client Home Page, simply head to the client portal settings by clicking on Client Portal and then selecting Client Portal Settings.
4. Customize the Client Portal for the client, save the changes, and decide whether to Update or Send Email to Client.
