How to Set Up the Fact Find Acknowledgement and Consent Terms in Practice Settings?

This guide outlines how to create and manage Fact Find Acknowledgement and Consent Terms within the Practice Settings of the Advice Revolution portal.




How to set up Fact Find Terms. 

1. Access Practice Settings: Navigate to Fact Find Terms from your practice settings.
2. Create Acknowledgement Text: Enter the desired acknowledgment text in the designated fields. You can use multiple sections for longer text.
3. Set Confirmation Button Label: Customize the label for the confirmation button (e.g., "I Agree to the Terms and Conditions").
4. Activate Terms: Enable the Fact Find Acknowledgement and Consent Terms for both document and digital Fact Finds.
5. Save Changes: Click "Save" to apply the settings.



How to set up Consent Terms.
1. Access Practice Settings: Navigate to Consent Terms from the Practice Settings section.
2. Enter Consent Terms: Provide the necessary text for Generic, Digital, and Document consent.
3. Activate Consent: Enable both Digital and Document Fact Find consent fields by selecting the corresponding checkboxes.
4. Save Changes: Click "Submit" to save your settings.
