-For clients on monthly payment plans, the 2nd and 3rd months will be at no cost.
-For clients on annual payment plans, we’ll add 2 extra months to their subscription.
For each registered adviser, a complimentary access for three support staff members is offered.

a. Document Vault: the document vault offers unlimited storage for various file types (e.g., PDF, DOC, CSV, MP4) with a maximum file size of 12MB.
b. Digital Consent and Signatures: iFactFind utilizes Docusign for digital signatures. it also supports digital client consent.
c. Customizable Client Portal: customize the client portal's color palette and logo to match your brand.
d. Customizable Fact Find Templates and Fact Find Sections: create custom Fact Find templates with custom messages. You can also customize Fact Find sections for clients in iFactFind.
e. Risk Profiling and Investment Preference Questionnaires: iFactFind provides built-in questionnaires. You can also submit your own licensee's questionnaire for integration (additional charges may apply).
f. Client Report Generation: Generate client reports in PDF, .doc, and .csv formats. It also offers a change report that logs all adviser and client actions within iFactFind. It has an audit log feature to identify if the change was done by the adviser or the client.
