My client’s data in Xplan and Advice Revolution are not in sync. What should I do?

You can PULL your clients' data from Xplan to Advice Revolution. Click on Sync Client button on your Adviser Home Page.
When you are in the Sync Clients page, choose your client from the dropdown list. If it is not available, click on Refresh Client List and wait for the list to be updated.
Choose the client or clients (multiple select) from the dropdown list and proceed to sync by clicking on Submit.
