Maximizing Your Email Signature in Advice Revolution


We understand the importance of presenting a professional image in all your communications. That's why we've designed Advice Revolution to automatically include your email signature in most of your outgoing emails.

Email Signature Inclusion

1. Client Portal Invitations: Your email signature is automatically added to Client Portal invitations when enabled in your Adviser Settings.

2. Standard Fact Find Emails: Similar to Client Portal invitations, your email signature is included in Standard Fact Find emails when activated in your Adviser Settings.

Mini Fact Find Invitations

Currently, email signatures are not automatically included in Mini Fact Find invitations. To ensure a consistent professional appearance:

1. Copy the Invitation Link: Obtain the invitation link from within Advice Revolution.
2. Paste into Your Email Client: Open your preferred email client and paste the link into the body of a new email.
3. Add Your Signature: Compose your email with your desired email signature, including contact information and any additional details.
