My screen freezes or doesn’t seem to save or update the settings I chose for my client or a record. What should I do?

You can refresh the page to reload. You can press on your keyboard the F5 if you’re using a Windows computer or Command+R if you’re using a Mac. Check again the settings if it has been updated and edit it if necessary.
