This release note article outlines the latest features, product enhancements, and bug fixes implemented in the Advice Revolution portal.
New Feature
The new Client Portal Document Vault feature provides a secure and centralized repository for clients to store important documents.
Inside the client portal, clients will now see the "My Documents" section. It functions as a shared folder inside the secure client portal, enabling clients to effortlessly revisit, review, and rewatch important videos, documents, and files from advisors anytime and anywhere.
Within the adviser portal, advisers also have access to an improved "Status and Task" section that provides an organized view of all documents uploaded as tasks, as well as those uploaded by clients.
The Client Portal Document Vault's tabular feature facilitates the identification of documents uploaded by clients and advisors, simplifying the monitoring, tracking, and collection of necessary documents for the advising process.

Enhancements

2. Pop-up message reminder of the increase in subscription number when the "Add Adviser" button in the Practice Home Page is clicked.
3. Added 11% and 11.5% in the default rates of superannuation.
Default superannuation rates updated: We have added 11% and 11.5% as default superannuation rates to reflect the current SG rates and remove risk of manual error.
Bugs Squashed
1. Eliminated the unnecessary pop-up message that appeared after submitting a created task template in Practice Settings and Adviser Settings.
2. Assigning Custom module access to Practices and Advisors now works correctly from the first attempt.
3. Prevented accidental deletion of attachment files by removing the "delete" button from the template creator
4. The "Which Client do you want to grant Client Portal access to?" prompt now correctly displays the client's name on the Client Portal Invitation page
5. Corrected the submission page in the client portal risk profile section to ensure accurate data processing.
6. Resolved the "Calculate" button functionality on the risk profile in the adviser page.
7. Client Portal Template: Fact Find Consent is now correctly hidden when consent settings are set to NO.
8. Removed extraneous code that caused issues when assigning risk profiles.
