This release note article outlines the latest features, product enhancements, and bug fixes implemented in the Advice Revolution portal.

Adviser Home Page

1. Shortcut button to Client Portal Settings

2. Retirement module 

  1. Adding superannuation contributions 
  2. Adding Centrelink, Retirement details are now available in Adviser and Client Portal
  3. Adding Superannuation details is now available in Adviser Portal
3. Income Module
  1. Adding of Centrelink payments
  2. Display of other income entries in the summary table now includes Pension income
  3. Linking of employer contributions to Superannuation funds via Add Earned Income button
  4. For pulled entries from Xplan, users now have the ability to link the earned income to Employer / Employment, and employer contributions to Superannuation funds
4. Insurance Module
  1. Adding of insurance premiums and fees
  2. Adding of new people, entities, and superannuation funds as Policy Owners are now available
5. Expenses Module
  1. Insurance Premiums are now included on a client level

  1. Adding details to SMSF members when creating an SMSF

1. Link to the Knowledge Center regarding the use of Standard and Detailed versions of the forms in the Client Portal site.
2. For a more intuitive experience, the Update button only appears when advisers have already invited their clients to access the Client Portal.

1. Not Accessed - default status
2. Sent invite to Client - client registration email has been sent to the Client
3. Awaiting Fact Find Update - Client has logged in, but not yet finished all sections
4. Awaiting Fact Find Consent - Client has finished all sections, but not yet provided consent
5. Fact Find Update Completed - Client has finished all sections, and Consent is not enabled
6. Fact Find Consent Receive - Client has finished all sections, and confirmed consent
7. Removal of copy link button in the Client Portal Update confirmation page

Bugs Squashed

1. [Xplan Sync] ABN, ACN TFN fields of Entities now support alphanumeric values
2. Use of clients’ preferred email as the basis for sending the client portal emails
3. Description of expenses pulled from Xplan are now mapped to AR expenses notes
4. For each Other Expense entry pulled from Xplan, a new Other Expense entry will be created in AR
5. ACN field can now be edited via Edit button in the Entities module
6. Updated Employers are now mapped to Xplan Employment
7. Existing AR client contacts can now be pulled from Xplan as a Primary Client in AR
8. Other Expenses are now showing in the Expense section of the Fact Find document
