This release note article outlines the latest features, product enhancements, and bug fixes implemented in the Advice Revolution portal.

New Features

1. Client Portal Access for “Partner” Clients

Streamlined Fact Find and task management are now possible with client portal access for partner clients.  Here's how it works:

1. Use Template: Click Use Template next to a client name and select Edit Current Client Portal Settings.
2. Select Recipient: Choose the secondary client you want to invite from the listed clients.
3. Send Invitation: Ensure the client has a valid email address and click Send Email to Client.
4. Secondary Client Access: The client will receive an invitation with a link to create their own password.

Primary client access remains unaffected, ensuring everyone stays informed with their Fact Find and Task progress.

2. Task Reminders and Notifications

Streamline the collaboration between you and your clients, with improved Communication and Visibility. Clients now automatically receive email notifications whenever advisers assign or reassign them a task, keeping them informed of their responsibilities. Advisers will also receive email updates whenever a client completes or modifies a task, allowing you to monitor progress and provide timely support.

For enhanced organization and monitoring, the Active To-Do’s of clients are now conveniently sorted by due date, enabling advisers to easily prioritize and follow up on outstanding tasks.

3. Enhanced Mini Fact Find Questionnaire

Create meaningful pre-meetings with new clients and leads with the enhanced Mini Fact Find questionnaire. The enhanced MFF now gathers deeper insights into your clients' personal circumstances, including:

1. Dependents: Names and dates of birth
2. Health: Specific health questions
3. Retirement: Superannuation and pension details
4. Estate Planning: Powers of Attorney and Guardianship

You can activate these sections globally from your Mini Fact Find Settings under the Adviser tab or customize them at the client level for a tailored approach. Simply copy and paste the generic MFF link (with all sections activated) to a new tab to see the updated questions. Click on this

4. Client Portal and Fact Find Email Signatures

Building trust and maintain professionalism when communicating with your clients using your own email signatures in the client portal and fact find emails. Here's how it works:

1. Head to your Adviser Settings, where you'll find a new "Email Signature" tab.
2. Paste your existing email signature from your business email or create a new one directly in the provided text box.
3. Customize the text as you see fit and adjust formatting for a professional appearance.
4. Choose whether you want to use this signature for outgoing Client Portal invitations and Fact Find emails.

Enhancements

These enhancements focused on improving security, user experience, and workflow efficiency across the platform. Here are the key changes.

1. Optimized Workflow:

1. Previous access is automatically revoked when assigning a new primary client portal owner.
2. Expanded notification system includes existing tasks and completed tasks in summary emails.
3. Advisors receive notifications when clients updates and completes tasks.
4. New fields and updated document now reflects from the MFF latest changes.
5. Added "Age" field to the People form.
6. Internal systems are updated to support new MFF fields.
7. Users can edit their MFA number via a secure HTML field.
8. Enhanced "open-iframe" class for automatic refresh of multiple GridViews.
9. Task Template Filtering: Improved filtering for a more focused workflow.

2. Improved Visibility:

1. Users are notified when attempting to submit documents without a file or when changing their mobile number during MFA setup.
2. Task Due Date Validation: A check ensures due dates are always set for the future.

3. Streamlined Interface:

1. Greyed-out Options: Unavailable MFA options are greyed out for clarity.
2. Task List Updates: Improved due date field and consistent task order across platforms.

4. Visual Feedback:

1. A loader indicates when contact details are being saved.

5. Bugs Fixed:

1. Resolved an issue where using a template would reset due dates in sending Client Portal invitations.
2. Fixed a bug that caused salutation issues, email salutation now displays correctly advisers when saved changes in Client Portal Settings.
3. Ensured the "Upload Document" button remains visible after submitting a task.
4. Fixed a display issue where new employer entries weren't showing immediately.
5. Eliminated duplicate entries of preferred contacts in contact details.
6. Resolved an issue preventing submission of edited email entries in the adviser and client portals.
7. Updated or edited goal is now showing correctly in the Advice Scope table
8. Added the missing "Expense Subtype" label in both the adviser and client portals
