These enhancements focused on improving security, user experience, and workflow efficiency across the platform. Here are the key changes.
1. Optimized Workflow:
1. Previous access is automatically revoked when assigning a new primary client portal owner.
2. Expanded notification system includes existing tasks and completed tasks in summary emails.
3. Advisors receive notifications when clients updates and completes tasks.
4. New fields and updated document now reflects from the MFF latest changes.
5. Added "Age" field to the People form.
6. Internal systems are updated to support new MFF fields.
7. Users can edit their MFA number via a secure HTML field.
8. Enhanced "open-iframe" class for automatic refresh of multiple GridViews.
9. Task Template Filtering: Improved filtering for a more focused workflow.
2. Improved Visibility:
1. Users are notified when attempting to submit documents without a file or when changing their mobile number during MFA setup.
2. Task Due Date Validation: A check ensures due dates are always set for the future.
3. Streamlined Interface:
1. Greyed-out Options: Unavailable MFA options are greyed out for clarity.
2. Task List Updates: Improved due date field and consistent task order across platforms.
4. Visual Feedback:
1. A loader indicates when contact details are being saved.
5. Bugs Fixed:
1. Resolved an issue where using a template would reset due dates in sending Client Portal invitations.
2. Fixed a bug that caused salutation issues, email salutation now displays correctly advisers when saved changes in Client Portal Settings.
3. Ensured the "Upload Document" button remains visible after submitting a task.
4. Fixed a display issue where new employer entries weren't showing immediately.
5. Eliminated duplicate entries of preferred contacts in contact details.
6. Resolved an issue preventing submission of edited email entries in the adviser and client portals.
7. Updated or edited goal is now showing correctly in the Advice Scope table
8. Added the missing "Expense Subtype" label in both the adviser and client portals
