What to Keep in Mind:
1. When a client completes the new questionnaire, their previous answers will be replaced in the system.
2. Any fields left blank in the new questionnaire won't be included in the Mini-Fact Find report.
Encouraging Complete Responses:
We recommend advising your clients to try their best to answer all applicable fields in the new questionnaire, even if they answered similar questions in the previous version. This ensures your records are up-to-date and provide the most accurate picture of their current situation.
