How Can Clients Update the Fact Find, Complete Tasks, and Provide Digital Consent in the Client Portal?

The client portal is used to securely collect and review client information and tasks. This guide will give advisers a walkthrough on how clients can efficiently navigate and update data and tasks within their own portal.





Step 1: How Clients Can 
Update Fact Find Information
1. Login to the Client Portal.
2. Navigate to Information to Update.
3. Click on each sections to view the fact-finding sections enabled by the adviser.
4. Open the fact find form by clicking the title.
5. Supply the information needed in the fact find form. Clients can also review the existing populated information and make edits. Leaving a comment is optional.
6. Click the 
Save to complete later button to save progress and complete the form at a later time.
7. Or click the 
Submit button complete the form.


Step 2: Providing Consent
1. Complete all the Fact Find sections until green check marks appear, indicating they are finished.
2. Click Please click here to confirm and then hit OK.
3. Edit buttons will appear in the Fact Find sections that enables making any changes before providing consent.
4. Provide consent by ticking the digital consent boxes.
5. Finally, click the I AGREE button for acknowledgment.
6. Click the Download PDF button to download and access the Fact Find report document.

Step 3: Completing Assigned Tasks
1. From the client portal homepage,  navigate to the To Do's section. 
2. Find and click the task in the task list. 
3. Fill in needed information or upload a document if needed for (education, document request, question, wet signature)
4. Hit Save to Complete Later or hit Submit to complete the task.


Step 4: Accessing the Client Poral Document Vault
1. From the client portal homepage, click on the My Documents section.
2. The documents uploaded by both the client and the advisers will appear.
3. To view a document, simply click on the document name or icon.
4. Once downloaded, locate the file on your computer or device to open.
