Verifying Your Adviser Account Integration Status

A properly integrated account ensures real-time data sync between Advice Revolution and your CRM (Xplan or Worksorted). This article guides you on verifying your integration status and troubleshooting basic syncing issues.





Verifying Integration Status

Step 1: Log in to Your Advice Revolution Portal.
1. Access your portal at https://app.advicerevolution.com.au/.

Step 2 : Access the Integrations Page.
1. Hover your cursor over the Adviser tab in the top right corner.
2. Click on Integrations from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Review Integration Status.
1. On the Integrations page, you will see either Xplan or Worksorted listed.
2. The status should display as CONNECTED.

Troubleshooting Syncing Issues

If your Xplan connection is verified but changes aren't syncing:

Step 1: Refresh the Integration.
1. Go back to the Integrations page.
2. Locate your CRM integration (Xplan or Worksorted).
3. Click Disconnect to temporarily break the connection.

Step 2: Reconnect Your CRM. 
1. Click Connect to re-establish the link with your CRM.

This process refreshes the integration and may resolve syncing issues.
