What guidance should I give clients for the client portal?
- We recommend you call the client before sending the first client portal access to achieve the best outcome
- Explain they will get an email and need to create a password
- Some wording that is helpful to include 'It's important that we have the information ahead of the meeting as it helps us prepare and give you move value/time in the meeting'
- Advise them that they will not see any further tiles to complete in the portal when they have completed all information areas
