If Xplan Client Not Found in Advice Revolution's Sync Client Page
When you connect your Xplan account to Advice Revolution, your clients typically appear automatically on the Sync Client Page. However, if certain clients are missing, this article provides troubleshooting steps.
Step 1: Verify Xplan Login.
1. Log in to the Xplan website
2. Ensure you're logged in as the correct adviser for the missing client.
Step 2: Check Client Status in Xplan.
1. Confirm that the missing client is designated as a Master in Xplan.
Step 3: Refresh the Sync Client Page.
1. Navigate to the Adviser Home Page in Advice Revolution.
2. Click the Sync Clients button.
3. Select the desired client from the dropdown list. If the client is not listed, click Refresh Client List.
4. Once the list updates, select the client(s) and click Submit.
Important Note
Syncing the entire client dataset can take up to 10 minutes per client. To prioritize clients, sync those you're actively working with first. As data loads, clients will appear on the Adviser Home Page.
