Using Advice Revolution for New Clients


Effectively collect pre-meeting client information with our Mini Fact Find feature. This guide walks you through the process of sending Mini Fact Find questionnaires to your new clients.




Sending the Mini Fact Find Questionnaire

Step 1: Add a New Client.
1. Click the Add Client button.
2. Complete the required client details and Submit.

Step 2: Access and Configure Mini Fact Find Settings (Optional)
1. Locate the newly added client in your client list.
2. Click the gear or settings icon next to the client's name.
3. In the  Mini Fact Find Settings section, customize default settings for the client.

Step 3: Send the Mini Fact Find
1. Click the Email button to automatically generate and send an MFF to the client.

Step 4: Monitor Client Completion.
1. You will receive a notification once the client completes the MFF.

Step 5: View Completed Mini Fact Find
1. Click the Download Doc button to access the completed MFF document.
