I have sent the Mini Fact Find questionnaire to my client, but they haven’t received it or mistakenly deleted it. What should I do?

Resend the Mini Fact Find Questionnaire

Step 1: 
Navigate to the Adviser Home Page. 
Step 2: Choose a delivery method

  • Email: Click the Email button to send the questionnaire link directly to your client's email address.



  • Copy link: Click the Copy button to copy the questionnaire link. You can then paste this link into a message or email to your client.




  • Additional Tips

    If your client continues to experience issues, you may want to suggest they check their spam or junk folders for the questionnaire.
    Send the link: Paste the copied link into your preferred messaging app or email and send it to your client.
